The Thrive Programme Client Declaration

The Thrive Programme is a life-changing training course, but the remarkable results are only predictable and sustainable if you put the correct effort during and after the training period. This declaration will clarify exactly what is needed in order to achieve your goals.

SESSIONS

You must commit to regular sessions in order to complete the course effectively and gain the best results. Appointments are usually weekly and can be block-booked at the same time or arranged individually with your Coach.

Where a client is aged 16 or under, at least one parent or guardian must attend and be an active participant in the sessions. For clients aged 17-18 (inclusive), it is advised that a parent or guardian is also actively engaged with the programme and is supporting them through it at home.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

Payment is due as soon as the first session is booked in and must be made at least 48 hours prior to commencement of session one.

A follow-up session is included within the fee if booked within three months of the final session. Any additional sessions required after the course has been completed are subject to a charge at a rate of £125 per session.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, no charge will be incurred and your Coach will rearrange to a new time as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will be regarded as one of your allotted sessions and charged for. You may book an extra session to compensate for the missed one, but this will be charged at full session price. Exceptions to this late notice cancellation term are in cases of emergencies only.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM YOUR COACH

Our Coaches agree to;

  1. Set and commit to regular appointments with you - either face to face or online as arranged.
  2. Respond to relevant questions and enquiries in between sessions via email or telephone within a reasonable time frame. Whilst our Coaches are always willing to help and to respond to queries outside of the sessions, we cannot reasonably expect our Coaches to respond regularly to excessive volumes of communication, especially in the evenings or at weekends. We recommend discussing your difficulties with your Coach directly if this becomes the case.
  3. Behave in an appropriate, sensitive and understanding nature at all times, and to keep all elements of your sessions confidential except where extra expertise is sought by a Senior Coach, or where written
    permission has been given by you to disclose personal information in accordance with our Data Protection and confidentiality procedures.
  4. Support, guide and mentor you through every aspect of the Programme, and to help you to overcome obstacles and hurdles along the way.
  5. Help you to understand all of the components of the Programme and show you how to implement them to maximum effect, using online, video, research and other learning resources where appropriate to further your understanding.
  6. Raise any particular difficulties, queries, or obstacles to learning with a Senior Coach during the process to ensure that you receive the full benefit of our organisational expertise where appropriate or necessary to do so.

Disclosure of Personal Information

WHAT OUR COACHES EXPECT OF YOU

As a Thrive Programme client, you agree to;

  1. Arrive to sessions on time with your book, your TQ report and any other agreed materials.
  2. In between sessions, ensure that you complete all of the reading and actions from the workbook, watch the suggested videos and attempt all agreed exercises. Allot at least 30-45 minutes per day to engage in some form of Thrive Programme activity.
  3. Study the workbook each week as instructed by your Coach, make real efforts to learn all that is in it.
  4. You will get more benefit from the programme if you read the suggested chapters/watch the videos as soon after your session as possible. That way, you have the rest of the week to apply what you have learned.
  5. Complete all of the reading and actions from the workbook and any other tasks as set by your Coach each week. Thrive is a very ‘doing’ programme and your progress will be a direct result of it your application of what you learn. Arriving for a session having not done what has been asked of you the previous week may result in the cancellation of that session.
  6. Put in the effort that you need to succeed - our Coaches are there to advise/guide you, but the responsibility to do the work to get yourself thriving is entirely yours! If you persistently fail to put in necessary effort to apply the programme, your Coach has the right to discontinue your sessions without fee reimbursement.
  7. Contact your Coach in between sessions if you have important questions or if you are struggling.

Difficulties

If you are experiencing any difficulties completing the Programme, please discuss them with your Coach. If you have any other issues, contact Thrive HQ at info@thriveprogramme.org
