Working together with me, you will learn how to take control of your thoughts, feelings, emotions in connection to improving your eating behaviours and habits - changing the way you think and feel about yourself when it comes to food.
Hypno-Band in Ruislip - Session details
A course of therapy is four sessions in total, usually conducted over a period of five weeks. Two audio CDs to accompany the program are included. These reinforce the suggestions from the sessions and keep you motivated. The cost of the program is £350, payable by cash or cheque at the start of therapy.
The content of the sessions is as follows:
Session 1: Discussion of goals, Introduction to changing limiting beliefs and general hypnosis for weight loss session. Your first CD is given to you.
Session 2: More on changing limiting beliefs and preparation for surgery hypnosis.
Session 3: Your virtual gastric band operation hypnosis session. Your second CD is given to you.
Session 4: Post surgery session - your band is adjusted if necessary. Conclusion of Changing Limiting Beliefs.
Please note that this program is highly effective but will also require motivation and effort to achieve your goal!
