...Now that's a question that i've been asked many times before!

I'm aware that there are many people out there who have heard about how successful hypnotherapy can be, and are intrigued to give it a go, but are just too cautious or afraid of what hypnosis actually involves.

You've probably read reassurances on hypnotherapy websites (including mine!) that you will be completely in control, and it will be a lovely, relaxing experience. However, there's still that little nagging worry in the back of your mind and feeling of trepidation about doing something new and different.

Because hypnotherapy, and in particular, hypnoanalysis is so effective, I want to make it as widely available as possible, and reach out to those people out there who have real problems they would like to resolve.

Therefore, for a limited period I am happy to offer a completely free, gentle, relaxing 20 minute hypnosis session so you can get a taste of what hypnotherapy involves.

To be eligible for this, you must have a genuine problem that you would like to resolve - perhaps one that is listed in my 'SYMPTOMS TREATED' section, such as phobias and fears, social anxiety, emetophobia, panic attacks or anxiety. Sorry - this offer isn't available for smokers!

The Ruislip Hypnotherapy Clinic is based in the professional and relaxing surroundings of the The Windmill Studio Centre. It is a two minute walk from Ruislip Manor tube station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) and there are parking facilities right outside.
