About Cara
As a successful and fully qualified hypnotherapist and hypnoanalyst, Cara runs the busy Ruislip Hypnotherapy Clinic. She is only one of a few hypnotherapists in the London area who specialise in the remarkably successful treatment of Pure Hypnoanalysis, a permanent way to resolve almost all psychological, emotional & stress-related symptoms.
Cara is 37 years old and has been working as a hypnotherapist for ten years and has helped to change the lives of thousands of people. As a full-time hypnotherapist, she sees around 25-30 clients a week, both men and women, of all ages and ethnic backgrounds.

Cara has a diploma in Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and a degree in Psychology and believes in continual personal development and learning. This is easy because she loves the field she works in and gets a great deal of satisfaction from helping people change their lives. She has been through hypnoanalysis herself - this makes it far easier for her to help you!
Cara takes a down to earth and practical approach to hypnotherapy. You will find no crystals, head scarves or swinging watches…..just caring, professional and completely non-judgemental therapy.
